Before Exceptional Web, I aspired to be more than a simple consultant, but Conversion Optimization is a team sport.
My objective was to create real change – not provide a lengthy report of everything the client does wrong…
But every client’s problems and opportunities were so different, I had no choice but to start reaching out to people with complementary skill sets.
